Gen S 2027 is SSI Securities Corporation’s first-ever program, offering a 24-month journey for high-potential fresh graduates and candidates with less than two years of experience who are eager to learn, embrace new challenges, push beyond their limits, and unlock their full potential in the dynamic finance and securities industry.

02Can I apply if my major is not Finance or Banking?

Yes. For Gen S 2027, candidates are evaluated based on their potential, leadership capability, learning agility, and analytical thinking, rather than solely on their university major.

03Can I apply if I haven’t received my degree yet?

Yes. Final-year students are welcome to apply, provided that You can submit proof of your bachelor’s degree within six months and are available to work full-time starting in January 2027.

04Can foreign nationals apply for Gen S 2027?

The program is open to Vietnamese nationals only.

05Can I apply if I’m currently studying, working, or living abroad?

Yes. Candidates who are currently studying, working, or living abroad are welcome to apply, provided that they are willing to relocate to Hanoi, Vietnam, and work full-time at SSI.

Gen S 2027 is a 24-month development program designed to provide high-potential young candidates with broad exposure to different business functions through four rotations.

10What are the stages of the Gen S 2027 selection process?

The Gen S 2027 selection process consists of four stages:

  • Round 1: CV Screening: 19/10/2026 – 22/11/2026
  • Round 2: Aptitude Test (Online): 4th Week – November 2026
  • Round 3: Group Discussion (In-person Assessment): 1st Week – December 2026
  • Round 4: Final Interview (In-person Assessment): 2nd Week – December 2026
11Will the Gen S 2027 interviews be conducted in Vietnamese or English?

The interviews may be conducted in either English or Vietnamese. However, English proficiency may be considered an advantage during the selection process.

12Where will I be located if I’m selected for Gen S 2027?

Successful candidates will work full-time and on-site in Hanoi, Vietnam, throughout the 24-month Gen S 2027 program.

13Is this a full-time position? Will I sign an employment contract?

Yes. Gen S 2027 is a full-time program. Successful candidates will enter an employment contract with SSI and are expected to commit to the program on a full-time basis throughout its 24-month duration.

14Does the program include job rotations? How will rotations work over the 24-month program?

Yes. Over the 24-month program, you will complete four rotations across different functions and business units, gaining diverse experience and receiving mentoring from experienced professionals at SSI.

15Are there opportunities to continue developing my career at SSI after completing Gen S 2027?

Yes. Upon completing the 24-month program, you will be placed in a suitable function or business unit and have the opportunity to continue building your long-term career at SSI.
